DRIFT-CB: A traveling subjects study
With a pump priming grant of £10,000 from the BRC (Neurodegeneration and Dementia theme), I am currently conducting a traveling subjects study (DRIFT-CB: Diffusion MRI Reproducibility and Inter-Site Fidelity Trial, Cambridge-Brighton). Six volunteers will be scanned in Cambridge and Brighton, twice at each site so we can assess both intra-site and inter-site reproducibility of diffusion MRI data.
DRIFT-CB will provide insights into the reproducibility of a much larger study QMIN-MC run by my PI Timothy Rittman, and as such the sequences will be identical and include 3D MPRAGE, 2D T2, FLAIR, multi-shell diffusion MRI, SWI and rs-fMRI.
Once collected and preprocessed, the data will be available for sharing, so feel free to reach out and let me know if you’d like to analyse it yourself!
